  Mike Williams is the Founder and CEO of Valen Fidelis, where he works with executives, organizations, and small businesses to improve leadership effectiveness, operational performance, and organizational culture.

With more than two decades of leadership experience, Michael has successfully guided teams and organizations ranging from small groups to enterprises of over 16,000 personnel. His career has centered on leader development, change management, organizational transformation, and operational excellence in complex and dynamic environments.


   Mike has extensive experience advising senior executives, building high-performing teams, and implementing systems that improve communication, efficiency, and long-term strategic alignment. His work focuses on helping organizations identify opportunities for growth, strengthen leadership capacity, and implement sustainable change.


  At Valen Fidelis, he works directly with executives, managers, and organizations across both the private sector and government to strengthen leadership capability and optimize operational performance. His services include executive coaching, leadership development programs, organizational analysis, and strategic consulting.
